Didn't do C&J's last night. I'm biasing toward my "good" left leg at the moment and that is what was causing the knee twinge. I'll give it a rest for a week and then start again. I also did box squats (20-21") for the first time since I tore my hammys at Xmas. I've concluded I need more core work for the first time ever.
120kg x1 (will go a bit lighter on these next time)

Pickle: well I could never do anything to fix my weaknesses.......... I actually want to do GHR's but lack the equipment. I'm going to make something soon to do the natural GHR's.
Adam and Miami: It felt different to do Front Squats. I'm lacking a little thoraic mobility and keeping the elbows high is hard. Or I could be lame and use the cross over grip.
PV: They pretend to be at least. I expect to add somewhere in the order of 20kg to them over the coming months.
Lionheart: They are getting there. I hope it will carry through to the deadlift soon. These little light deadlifts are killing my ego.
Big days of woodworking these past three days. Amazing the difference in energy and grip. Only one grade of sanding to do, then grain sealer, then stain, then laqueur, then polish sanding, then finished.
