Ragamuffini: Yep you're right. Fresh I can curl 60kg for reps so it really is just about a single joint finisher.
Knee is bothering me a bit still. Plus spent yesterday teaching/enthusing some high school kids in science. So I was a bit down today. My grip strength was down by about 10% so not the best session.
