My roomate hooked me up with some anabolic pump and the stuff is great. You have to eat a lot of carbs. I take a dose of it about an hour before my workout and then I have 50 grams of waxy maize and about 30 grams of gatorade and you can literally feel the pump. Not sure of the exact science behind it but it is a great supp.
