Hey fellow warriors of iron.
I've chosen to start logging my training in this forum, because there seems to be a lot of friendly and knowledgeable people present.
The forum (a Danish forum) I've logged my lifts in so far is very anti-doping oriented - which is fine - but sometimes it just becomes too much. I don't give a rats ass whether people juice or not -just to make that clear. All the self-righteousness makes me want to vomit.
I've competed in the Danish Nationals (2nd place, Classical Bodybuilding 178cm+) in 2005 but am not going this year. There are lots of reasons for this, with which I shall not tire you readers.
My training is inspired both by power-lifting, bodybuilding and weightlifting.
Weight off-season: 200-205 lbs.
Weight competition: 185-187 lbs.
1. 18-inch calves
2. Cannonball shoulders
3. DL 550 lbs. raw
4. BP 330 lbs. raw
5. Pain-free patella tendons
There will be heavy lifting...
There will be bulging ellipses...
-and oh yes... There will be blood!
