Found a new technique for box squats. I sit firmly on the box and tilt slightly back to build a bit of momentum for the ascent. Clever :imcoolurnot: Innovation by accident. Great sesh today btw.

looks like squats are your best move.When i first saw your log you were doing 130-140 and now you have climbed up to 160x8 wich is really good considering the fact that you weight below 90kg(if i am not mistaken)you sure have some tough bones.
