damn man, first off I gotta say you have an excellent physique. 2nd I gotta say that was an excellent session with lots of great weight man. Packing the meat onto the physique week by week man. How old are you anyway, seems like you could have a very solid future in the sport if you keep it up. Glad to have your log here (I'm late on saying that I know) and I'll be keeping an eye on this one.

Nevertheless, I'm still working on my shoulders (they need to be rounder), my pecs (they need more thick-ness) and my calves (they just need to grow!).
