They work, just not well. I feel your better off buying caffeine, ALCAR, chromium picolinate, and maybe one or two other products seperate.Originally Posted by Natureboypkr

i picked that one because previews in this thread you said that the best form of creatine is in pills.
For a carb\energy plus some quality calories i am thinking on this one http://bodybuilding.com/store/opt/gainer.html
to increase my protein intake in each meal
those things are quite expensive but thats not a problem because i saved some money for that purpose.i may be asking for to much but i would appreciate it if you take the time to share your opinion.
thanks in advance
so i was in the store, and this company came out with these new amino acids, so there was D- Branch chain amino acids, or L- branch chain amino acids, i didn't think there was any difference, so i went with the D ones because i hadn't heard of them before and wanted to try them

But if you insist in buying these, your making good solid choices
If i were to recommend one I would pick one of the these two...
1. Higher Power Creatine Ethyl Ester.... Mainly because it is cheap as dirt and has a pure concentration of the CEE Creatine. Of course, its gonna taste like shit.
2. SNS Creatine E2, same stuff, but capsule form.
Both found on Bodybuilding.com. Take a look and try to find cheaper prices or similar products. Pretty much like buying regular creatine, only its CEE. And like regular creatine, the cheaper the better, nothing diffrent about them.
