Strong numbers Line
Well my previous bench was 325 pounds or 147.7 Kgs (148). I added 10 pounds today so my new bench was 335 pounds or 152.3 Kgs (152).
To be honest my body feels great though. I'm doing most of my working sets at around 80% of my one rep max and doing at least one bodypart per session in a lower intensity, higher rep scheme.
I might as well post up, I am using the lb to kg converter. I am a heavyweight I guess
1 month prior to partial pec tear (around 10/31/06)
Bodyweight 227lb /103.18kg
Bench 175 kg
Deadlift 229.55 kg
Squat 193.18 kg
Now (working my way back, won't have a max for bench for a while)
Bodyweight now 206lb 93.64kg
