Here are my best lifts in training :
Squats : 200kgx3
Benchpress : 120kgx1 ( in benchpress shirt ) and 105kgx1 raw.
Deadlift : 230kgx1
This week has been great, i've improved my bench and my Deadlift, two big PB's in one week is something i hadn't done for a long time, i'm still a weak fatass but at least progress is coming.As Groucho Marx said:

could anybody tell me what a good wilks is for women?
I did Katy's (my g/f) out of curiosity, and she lifts for fun to stay in shape, but am rather curious as to how she compares?

Alright, well, I haven't been posting my drop in weight because I figured I was losing strength, but I just pwned teh deadlift today so I think I'm justified I weighed myself after my new 1RM at 194 lbs, but I'm going to say 195 just to be conservative.
Bodyweight: 88.64 kg
Squat: 152.2 kg
Bench: 136.4 kg
Deadlift: 188.64 kg
Total: 477.24 kg
