My current lifts, i only ever train as heavy as i can so these are very recent
Squat: 405 lbs or 184.09 kilos
Bench: 455 lbs or 206.82 kilos
Deadlift: 475 lbs or 215.91 kilos
my weight class is heavyweight 238 lbs or 108.18 kilos, looks like we have a new challenger.. haha
