chest cable crossovers up to 70lbs 10reps
back, low cable rows, up to 135lbs paused at end each rep couple sets
chest, biceps, abs, back, shoulders
chest, flat bench press up to 145lbs 8 reps best form
hammer strength decline press
90lbs each side, one handed and one handed, then two both handed
then drop set to 80lbs each side 8-10reps
back, lat pulldowns up to 160lbs 6 reps
abs, ab bar twists 50reps
ab standing rope crunches
ab standing side twists
up to 150lbs 10-30reps
concentrations curls up to 45lbs 4 reps
standing cable facing away curls 80lbs 8-12 reps
standing one handed cable concentrations curls 40lbs 10-14reps
seated db front raises, and front raises with db vertical (db plate facing upwards not side to side)
seated db presses ,(havent done these in alooong time) 40lbs
then 20lbs crucifix style
side bent raises with cable machine
chest arms etc stuff
chest flat bb bench
up to 150 2 sets of that 7-6 good neg reps
hopefully doing them THIS strict will help my outer chest
DB incline seated curls 3 sets from 25 to 35lbs 8-14reps
standing db curls 40lbs 8-10reps
on the last 4 reps of 40lb db curls standing they were negatives
DB CCs up to 45lbs 4 reps each hand , slow reps though
guess thats why i didnt do many reps,..didnt wanna do a swinging motion ..
seated DB hammer curls 45lbs 20reps
iso hammer row machine thing up to 180lbs each hand
4-5 sets split from one handed to both hands every other set
lat pull down one set behind neck
one set close grip to chest
3 sets of each up to 155lbs 8reps
i noticed i did too many sets just for latpulldown
didnt wanna go passed 160, id probably fuck something up
in my arm...
abs, usuall ab routine yall know it

first time doing these anyway .. well since a year or so lol
low cable crossovers for lower chest
up to 50lbs 12 reps, 40lbs, then 50 etc same reps
some DB rows 75lbs my style, much harder
all still. no momentum crap or w/e most guys i see shake their upper body up with the weight

seated DB hammer curls
45lbs 12 reps, 2 sets
Hammer curls standing 1 set 45 12reps
DB CCs 35lbs 3 sets of 12

Nature- i do vaccum exercises
the ones arnold use to do, cept i also do them while working out, might be a bad problem cus i could throw up, thus far that hasnt happened yet lol..
