Nice squatting and benching today Till-man
Lamb of God really kicks me in the nuts
great few sessions Till, video of the Front Squats is excellent, you made that weight look easy and your form was spot on.
Excellent benching as well and great job building those mountains
quotes from Blood N Guts? really...was Tunen spotting you saying THATS IT!! THATS IT TILL!!! SQUEEEZE IT!!! SQUEEEEZE!!!
BUSINESS AS USUAL TILL!!!
Thanx, bro! I'm gonna try to bring that bench up, it's so weak, it's embarrasing... Could use some good ol' mass on the pecs. Tired of being a stickboy with big legs. But, the folks at the dungeon just bought a decpeck ma., so I'll have my bench up in no time. (Idiots, instead of replacing those bended old bars and maybe some heavier Db.s, but no, a weightlifting club could surely use a decpeck ma... )Originally Posted by Line
Well, I stole it from Tunen, so go ahead. I promise you I'll hit those titties so they don't know what happen. Maybe I should benchpress more with Mr. Tuna, he pushed a little extra yesterday, so maybe the role as personal trainer is his new gig..? Keep checking back, dude. Glad you stopped by.Originally Posted by Glex
Which means once or twice every ten days? Nah, maybe I should look into a benchpress program. Maybe not Smolov Jr., or perhaps I should just bench every other WO, since benching every time hurts my joints too much. Is there a program you can recommend?Originally Posted by Tunen
Still, I think it'll be a nice thing to bench together, since I really need someone to kick my ass, otherwise I'll just be doing flyes and pushups all the time...
How about tomorrow? Gotta work or can you make it to an early session, around 15.30-16.00ish?
I might be able to make it 16ish... Let's just call that a dateOriginally Posted by Till
Program: try and make an .xls with some waves on BP, keeping the tonnage constant eg. 3000kgs per session. You'll have to adjust set/rep ranges to do this: 10x3@100 = 3000kgs ^ 7x5@90 = 3150 and so on.
Example of the "wave-principle": 70kg > 80kg > 90kg >100kg > 80kg > 90kg > 100kg > 110kg > 90kg > 100kg > 110kg > 120kg (this is three waves). As I suggested, adjust the set/rep ranges to fit a certain tonnage.
2 times benching a week should do the trick dood
Also, you should keep doing your CG presses - perhaps some board-presses as well (CG's on the 1st BP-day and boards on the 2nd).
These are suggestions for you to work with. Post the shit when you think you're finished working with it and I'll review it.
