This week I'm having special drivingtraining in order to drive that policecar with lights and horns blazing. Actually I'm going to have my first alarmdriving to night...! It's a pretty hard program, so I really don't have time or energy to any psyical activities, but I'm hoping to get back on the BB! horse during the weekend. I also found out my psycial exam is in under a month, so I have to up the running a bit more.
Helped a friend move and went for a run afterwards. About 6,5 km. in 30 mins. Fellowed another friend who was on her bike on the way home. Phew!
Went down with a stomachflu big time. Luckily I didn't puke, but my son puked twice on my today and my wife is hit just as bad by the bug. Dammit.

Self defence training with the guy I'll fighting at the exam, which is on the 10th of December. I'm still improving and the best thing is, that I now know that I'll be able to use the techniques proberly on the streets. Excelent!

Pure maintance, but had to get out of the door. I really have to get to the gym and train, even when I school's getting in the way. The physical exam is on the 10th of December and after that is PURE FUCKING BB!, BABY!!! BOOOOOOOOOOMMMMM!!!!!!!!!1111!!!!
Didn't bring my runningclothes to school today, since I was going on an extra driving timetest (which I passed, yay! ), so I convinced my gymtutor, that it would be better if I went home and went for a run there. And I did. :keke:

Training on the school's new obstaclecourse. Damn, it sucked. :jerkoff1: Also some training in self defence. Damn, I sucked.
Self defence class:
My buddy and I had a "test exam" in front of the class, and even though it was my buddy that was the one being judged, it was very nice to go through it the like a real exam. It gave me hope that I'll do okay, if not good, so that's a very nice feeling.
Later today (it's 3am Friday morning and I can't sleep), I'll get to teh gym for some BB!
