Really wanted to take a run today, but my left knee is a little sore, so skipping it 'till tomorrow.
Did 130 pushups before breakfirst instead. Divided on some 6-7 sets.

That was fucking brutal. Glad I kept the time within 3 sec. on the last four intervals, even though I got tired as hell. Gonna be sore tomorrow.

Great session!! LMAO at the "Newton" comment. Sooner or later you'll be able to piece all of those pull ups together in one set.

Warmup: Running with my wife, who's doing a 0 to 5 km program over 12 weeks. She rocks! After that:
1 km running to my personal running course.
6x300 meter intervals.
Pauses kept for as long as each completed interval - 1,26-1,29 min.
1 km run home.
Actually I wanted to do 10 laps, but ran out of time, since I had to cook dinner for the whole family... (Plus I was fucking busted after the sixth lap ) I will get the 10 rounds next time, though...
