Well it looks like August 9 is the show I'm aiming for. Its an national qualifier.
That makes me about 18 weeks out i think, so i have quite a bit of time. I'm bulking a bit right, a pretty dirty bulk actually. 6 double cheese burgers, 4-6 protein shakes, chicken breast, potatoes, donuts, whatever basically. :D I have no clue what my bf or weight is, buts i can tell you i dont look pretty.
I have lab for school tomorrow in ex phys, and they need a volunteer to do underwater weighing, so i might be able to get my stats then. I checked the scale we have in the locker room, and think its fucked up because the thing read 239 when i stepped on it. Im guessing im about 224 realistically.
