Well, since all the cool guys here have a log i might as well get one to I'll post my chest session i had today here and now
Flat bench press: 60kgx20 reps
Pullover: 27,5 kgx15 reps
30 kgx13 reps
30 kgx12 reps
incline dumbell press: 25kgx18 reps
dumbell flies:20kgx12 reps
And thats about it. Good session, i was pumped as hell when i left the gym. Damn, my chest must have been twice as big as normal.
