do u think that doing smith machine squats works ne better than just normal bb squat??
Serb: thx man, yeah i like my new haircut:D thank for ur motivational comments:)
Beau37: Thx bro, yeah im pretty happy with my quads, but my hamstrings are not that good to say the least, have to work alot on them i guess.
Fallen: nice to hear from u man, thx alot, ill be updating every once in awhile to let u know how the cutting is going:)
Rocky: yeah that session was a good one for me, was one of those days when everything just felt right:)
Turkish 1530: awesome to hear that from a guy like u, cuz i know what weights u are throwing around:D as to ur question. Personally i most definetely feel that smith squats are better for me, atleast when it comes to my quads, i can focus more on contracting them and i just feel them alot better than regular squats. I dont have to worry bout balanse and shit, just about really squeezing the quad muscles. For me it has been working tremendously...
todays session was shoulders traps, triceps and abs pretty good one
i wanna bring up my bench and chest, so i will be benching 2 times a week now. This didnt effect my military good though:
Smith military press:
70kgx4(two less than last time, was pretty fucked in front delts after bench)
Seated Front laterals:
behind the back smith shrugs:
Seated cambered bar overhead extensions:
Straight bar pressdowns:
after this i did my regular ab routine and i was outta there:D Tomorrow is back and rear delts and cardio. looking forward to it, i wont be deadlifting...
Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.
did back and rear delts yesterday, here we go:
Chins (dead hang style) did these with a slightly narrower grip after reading tims post about stress on the shoulder joints etc... it was heavier and it actually stretched my lats far better...
BWx8 shit my lats were burned out at this point:D
without any rest i loaded the bar to 90 kg again and did 12 more reps
narrow grip cable row:
wide grip cable row:
one armed machine row:
after this i did hanging leg raises crunches and rope crunches for abs before i did 30 minutes of cardio on the stationary bike.
thats a hell of a lot for back rows lol, im surprised u didnt burn out quicker.. still thats nice lookin session.. great weight on those bb rows.
