pinch grip plate holds and farmers walks for grip in the end
Prince: barehanded is the way to go i just never thought of straps as lame until recently, for some reason i thought they were ok. but really, if u cant hold a weight u cant fucking lift it either. the more one lets a weak link become weaker the worse it gets. im never going back to using straps on deads.
Ironheart: thanks Iron ye my lower back was pumped to hell after those deads, and by the time the good mornings were finished, i had to lay down:D
co05: thanks mate:) my forearms have ok size actually. mostly from curls and the fact that ive been using grippers alot before. still, that didnt give me the grip strenght to hold heavy weight, but that is about to change:)

anyways, i positively assure u though that my form is solid, its my main focus, and one of the reasons why i havent gotten any major injuries during my 4 years of lifting. almost everything is full ROM, and controlled, although i do like speed when i lift. i dont believe in doing movements slow.
