nice work bro...ya i recon you get some straps for deads and other heavy lifts. But dont use them all the time, good to work grip as well! Go with shiek straps there tough as hell
Try some timed holds and grip work like grippers and plate flips. One thing I know that helps me is to do like 50 or 60 pullups. Do a set every 20-30 seconds until you hit 50; by the end I only get out sets of 2-4. I used to do these on a rough metal bar; I don't know if that helps thicken your calluses but I imagine it would. Thats a good, effective, technique. If you can hold your self up, and pull yourslef up when your tired as hell that will build your grip definitley. If your pullups bar is thick thats better yet. If not you can try and use some gym towels under your hands. It will give you a challenge of doing pullups with about an inch o 2 thicker bar.

today was chest and biceps, pretty good workout, actually had a training partner to spot me today so i could go heavy on bench:)
flat barbell press:
warmup with 50kg for 30 reps or sumthing and then:
100kgx4 last one assisted
incline smith press:
pullover with dumbell:
straight barbell curl:
alternating dumbell curls:
dumbell hammer curls:
after this i did 25 minutes of cardio+ some abs and standing calf raises..
good session today:)
Dobbs: thx man, well im not really satisfied with my chest to be honest so im working hard to improve it, my bench is not my strongest movement though, and that kind of bother me since its what people always ask me about... god damnit!
