125kgx7--> lol rested too little and the fucking grip gave out
70kgx14--> had to lie down my lower back was so pumped
1 warmup set
22.5kgx15 to the side
22.5kgx11 to the side
12.5kgx26 to the side
22.5kgx15 to the rear
22.5kgx12 to the rear --> delts were fucking SWOLE!!! felt twice as wide.
did 120 situps and 90 seconds of the plank for abs and then some Pinch grip plate holds with 15 kg plates for 4 sets. that was it. prolly gonna take the next 2 days off before hitting the bench again. until then guys

El Freako: thanks buddy!:) i dunno about having u beat in one rep max as i havent tested that forever. possibly rep wise though. as for videos, i dunno if ill get anything up until i reach some serious weight for alittle lower reps. i may post a bench video this week but cant guarantee anything:p

Big guns: comment nr 2 in just one session:D thanks buddy as for assistance, i know im not doing it by the book (wendler reccomends 10 sets, i often end up doing more like 20 lol) im kinda doing my own thing there. i am afterall interested in improving physique wise as well, and i feel i need alittle volume and exercises to do that. i have been thinking alittle lately about trying to limit it alittle though. to like 12-14 sets max.
I was just checking because I was quite sure. I'll prolly do more exercises and less sets. I'm going to start it next monday and tbh it's not going to be that much diff to how i train now. Apart from the main lifts and there only one exercise so its nothing drastic. Thanks for helping me out mate

Lance: nothing to apologize, i really appreciate u stopping by mate:D ye it does in a way resemble HIT with the all out set, however wendler is quick to underline the importance of the 2 previous sets, both for stimuli and priming u for the all out set. and ye i also prefer more exercises and less sets per exercise, just cause i feel a complex musclegroup like the back for example need to get hit from different angles. basically for back i feel u need a vertical pull, a middle pull, deadlifts and something for upper back.
