thanks guys, and xiva. ive used the crosshand grip for awhile, but recently switched to the clean grip, as i have trouble keeping the bar on my shoulder when using the crosshand grip. granted the clean grip hurts my wrists. but i think its poor flexibility more than anything:)
ok guys first session in cycle 4. it was a winner.
5/3/1: Cycle 4: Week 1: Day 1:
2 warmup sets
77.5kgx8 (felt easy and like i could have done 1-2 more, guess the deload did the trick)
Close grip bench press:
1 warmup set
40kgx14 straight bar
Chest supported db rows:

thanks buddy. ye i felt like changing things around alittle. the pullups warms up my upper body really good, and get the blood going in my upper back which i feel is an advantage when i start the presses. so basically i do pullups first now on both MP day and bench day.

130kgx7 grip failed miserably again lol
DB side lateral raises:
1 warmup set
Bent over DB lateral raises:
did abs and grip in the end. for grip i did like 5 sets of pinch grip plate holds, and for abs i did my normal routine of 120 situps supersetted with the plank for 1 minute and 40 seconds.

Then i can suggest doing Evil wheel supersetted with planks. It's an awesome way to train abs and core at the same time.
Xiva: thank u so much buddy. my delts are pretty decent. definetely one of my stronger and more easily developed bodyparts. i dont have an evil wheel actually. wish i did.

Ok guys, here's whats happend since tuesday. on tuesday evening after my deadlift workout i started noticing my throat was ridicolously sore. so i went to bed early and woke up the next morning feeling somewhat better in my throat, but with a serious cough. so today i wake up, and my head feels like its gonna explode, my sinuses are completely messed up, so even breathing is hard. and im coughing my lungs out every single minute. basically ive caught a serious flu. havent had one in like 2 years, but this one is really bad. every single joint in my body is aching, and just getting up to walk more than a meter is a hazzle.
/rant. ye i feel sorry for myself
anyway, there will be no bench workout today there will be no front squat workout tomorrow now i hope im good to go on monday, but i cant guarantee anything because this one has really gotten a grip on me. take care everyone=)
