philosopher: thx man, yeah they have come up a bit after i started doing them, a while ago i focused most on laterals, but ive come to the conclusion that presses are what builds thick good shoulders:)
Onebigeric: yeah i like that exercise, really squeeze my traps good, feel them all the way down in my back actually so they are definetely a keeper... thx for checking in:)
Turkish1530: thx as always for ur comments man:) as to ur question, yes i have done it before, and i like it alot, its just that now that im working and cutting and all that i need a 4 split, but after cutting is over ill do a 5 split with one muscle per day:)

Did Back and rear delts today: i loved it, went early to the gym, almost no people besides me:D

140kgx9 oh boy my lats felt like they were gonna snap:)
one arm dumbell rows:
30kgx15 i rested about 30 seconds between these sets:D
rear dumbell laterals:
did some hanging leg raises, crunches and cable crunches for abs, before i hit the treadmill for 20 minutes burned like 170-180 cals:)
