3 warmup sets
80kgx7 felt much stronger than last week.
5 sets of weighted pullups
5 sets of weighted dips
1 set of db lateral raises
1 set of rear delt machine
2 sets of decline EZ bar extensions

My arms are like 18 and a half. My training is going poor to be honest with you. Uni work, and gym closure due to sever weather has affected it. Currently I'm doing FB routine and I'm liking it. From Monday onwards I can do that 3 days a week because my exams will be over so I'm looking forward for that. Oh and my diet has been poo as well because I tend to not eat when i'm stressed due to exams and what not.
Great workout mate! like I said once you get into it you'll be right and your strength will go up more after your long and well deserved break.
