here is todays deload session+ alittle posing video thought id let u guys who check my log, see how the physical state is atm. obviously im offseason, and pale as hell. video was taken with my cell phone, and the angle is fucked. but turn ur head alittle and tell me how it looks/ what i should work on.

2 warmup sets
3 sets of Neck presses
2 sets of Pushups
5 sets of Bent over rows
3 sets of Chins
2 sets of Alternating db curls

deloading is a bitch, but makes the joints and muscles happy.
you're looking good for offseason. you're starting to get a really thick physique. your back stands out i think. wide and thick.
how much does your arms measure now?
posing wise i think you can work on your side poses. on the side chest pose you might wanna tuck in your left arm more, i think that'll make your chest stand out more. other than that it's looking good buddy;)
thanks for the positive comments buddy. i agree about the side chest pose. not a strong pose for me really. my upper arms measure 46 cm now, and my forearms are 37 cm i think. its been awhile since ive measured them, but thats what they were last time and i doubt theyve shrunk lol.

Pickle: thanks alot my friend haha, the glasses were not a posing prop. im alittle near sighted. -1 on my right and -1.25 on my left respectively. could choose not to use them, but id prefer if it didnt get any worse so i use em most of the time nowadays:)
