aftermath: shit im overtrained atm, my whole body is aching. i havent had a week off in like 4 months and since im cutting and sleeping almost nothing, my energy is so low. me and my partner decided to take it easy for the rest of the week then rest up through the weekend, so my legs and shoulder session will be nothing to brag about, ill post them though. later guys

Tweak: thx alot buddy, yeah i know i tend to do a little to much volume and then overtrain, ive always been like that, i cant seem to stop when im at it, i just wanna intensify the pump a bit and then i do more than i originally planned to:( anyway im gonna try to limit myself from now on, like i did today:)

sweet squats dude, get in a habit of forced lay offs, dont play it by ear either, trust me, if you keep your log and set date, like between 6 and 8 weeks of solid training, you have a light week, or a whole week off even. it will replenish you, you wont loose any strength and the gains will keep coming.

was supposed to do shoulders and traps today+ some hamstring, but it aint gonna happend, im fucked up atm, slept for 2 of the last 24 hours, i was called up this morning when i was in sleep, from work, they wondered if i could work an extra shift, i said yes so i ended up working last night and this morning=no sleep at all+ overtrained, i feel like crap, so flat and no energy at all. im resting today and the weekened, then ill train on monday again...
