thx guys, keep motivating me, i really needed those rest days, feel so much better now:D actually slept 6 hours tonight:) and yeah tweak i ate french fries, pizza and chocolate on friday;)
anyway did chest and tri today, great session, got a sickening pump in my chest, really consentrated on working the chest, pushed it out and all that so my shoulders and tri got less and my chest more, it was awesome today. me and my partner decided to do 5x5 on the incline bb press, so well see how that goes, started light today and then increase 5kg next week+ on this split im hitting my chest twice per week, anyway here we go:
incline bb press:
70kgx5 easy offc but focuse alot on form and contracting my pecs, got a great pump going in the upper part of my chest:)
incline db press:
30kgx14 failure on the last rep...

40kgx5 had great form here, ill admit that it may not have been that great before:jerkoff1:
did some abs, drank my weight gainer/ soy protein shake and was outta there..

ok i smashed back and bi today, heres how it went:D
cable rows narrow grip:
30kgx20 oh damn, rested 30 secs here, got an insane pump in my lats:D
Then i did bi, it went to hell, had nothing left after that back work, ill be doing biceps with quads from now on...
EZ bar curls:
50kgx4, did 7 last time:(
db preacher curls:
Did 15 minutes of cardio on incline treadmill and was outta there, all the back and bis work done in under an hour:D
Good back and Bi workout Bud (especially the back workout). It's always great to hit a PB on a major compound lift such as the deadlift, you must have been really happy with that. About changing the Bi's so you can work them with quads, whats your main reason for that? (I guess i can answer this "so i can lift more weight on my biceps"). Thats fair enough, but also, not essential. As if you are taking the biceps to complete failure the weight is quite irrelevant (Your muscles don't know how much you are lifting, just how hard it is). Then again, if you get a kick out of lifting big (I know i do :hyperguy:) then maybe your Bi with Quad idea isn't such a bad thing. Whatever you decide to do, keep hitting it hard man
Rocky:Thx alot dude, yeah i was satisfied with those pbs, yeah i guess i shouldnt take it to hard that the bicep work sucked, after all its the compound movements that really matters:)
Knight rider: thx man, my barbell rows aint that much, ur deadlifts pwns mine, so my goal is to match u there, dont think i will in awhile though:D

Miamiracing: yeah pretty pleased with the barbell rows too:D not satisfied with the ez curls though. actually there was noone at the gym while i was there so, except my training partner, he was more busy keeping up with me:D
Basebody: well i dont feel im able to stimulate my biceps the way i wanna when i do them after back work, but yeah u do have a point ill c what i do next week, thx for checking in bud:)
Pickle:thx dude, yeah chins is one of the movements that have improved drastically during cutting, the only one thx for checking out my log dude:)
did legs today, just quads, and some upper pecs, cuz i feel that is an area where i need to improve myself anyway so here we go:
30kgx25 just to get the knee joints warm and ready for the real movements:D

moved on to calves:
standing calf raises:
then at the end i did some upper chest:
incline db flyes:
Machine chest press(incline)
and that was it, did some hanging leg raises and crunches for abs, and was outta there, everything done in 85 minutes:D
next session tomorrow, gonna hit up shoulders and hams, be sure to check it out, thx guys:)
