extravagant squats. Immense lunges, nice amount of steps taken on them and I know those are quite difficult after squats.
I'm with Glex on those calve raises, but I'm frightened by the fact you were doing a bit of bouncing as usually happens when training calves. I hope you stopped to contract at the top each rep, contraction is key with teh calves
finishing up with some chest movement, nicely done.

KR: yeah, thats were my focus is right now, just doing lots of inclines, hitting pecs twice a week, hopefully it will pay off eventually:) thx for the encouragement buddy...
Tweak: yeah it was a good session, i may have bounced alittle yeah, its hard when ur calves are on fire to keep the form tight, ill be more aware of it next time, thx for stopping by:D
Turkish: yeah those incline flyes felt good yesterday, i normally dont do flyes for chest, but they were good for a change, i sure hope ur right about those pecs of mine, fuck its annoying with a bodypart that lags so much that u actually gotta devote extra attention to it. thx for dropping by bud:)

30 sec rest and:
down the rack again:
15kg-->12,5kg-->10kg-->9kg-->8kg 8 reps for all, felt fucking awesome, got a serious blood pump going

shrugs are quite nice, and I'll echo what you told me, contraction and control are more important then the weight on shrugs, nice to see you following that protocol as well

Heavy-Ass standing militaries man! Thats a hard lift to handle that much weight on, so well done on that . Shoulders will have nothing to do but grow from liftiting that heavy (with a repectable amount of reps too)! "Running the Rack" straight after the militaries must have been a killer. Keep doing what ure doing man.
