^^^^ i second that....................freaky bb rows, just freaky, atleast you were triaing at his age.........i was training for surf club, big waste of time that was, there's less money in ironman than their is bodybuilding lol
Rocky: thx bud, yeah im pretty sure the deads will come up when i start doing em first, they better be i just started doing em:S anyway thx for checking in as always
Turkish: yeah i will change to a 5 split soon bud, just have to find the right time, me nor my training partner is ready for it yet, u know work etc...
Tweak:hello there yeah the rows im ok with, the deads however is another story, lol at the bicep work it must be from my hobby pumper days when i did 20 sets for biceps every session must have built some endurance...
Pickle: thx for checking in dude, yeah i love back days, definetely my favourite bodypart to both train and to develop, gotta get it thicker, thats main priority atm
KR: haha, yeah i got an early start, im very glad i did, gives me more time to lay the foundation and to develop thanks for all the support dude
Max ot:hey dude great to c u in here, haha no im not doing 130 kg db rows anyway thx for the support bud
Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.
heaviest day of the week without a doubt, much volume and legs wich are the hardest bodypart to train, well i drank two cups of coffee and went in:
warm and good:D
140kgx14 oh damn drop
120kgx12 fuck i literally fell down and i laid for 2-3 minutes just trying to catch my breath again, i barely avoided puking
moved on to chest:
incline bb press:
after this i did 3 sets of hanging leg raises and 3 sets of crunches for abs and i was outta there...
good session, until next time gents
Lmao, u werent kidding about near puke experiance, heavy weight and alot of reps. I know how u feel during/after those sets, u cant even breath by 12th rep, after the set ur too tired to even unrack the weights, but it is also very satisfying takes alot of drive to keep going. Great to see u hit chest too, blasted incline to make the upper pecs grow, and finished with fly's to exercises that personally give me the greatest chest pump
seems I've tripped and landed in here
look at them squats, those are outstanding dude
Do you wear short spandex shorts when squatting
after your near puke experience, I'm astonished at the weight you managed on lunges let alone those sort of reps.
Nice inclines, did you deload a bit? I recall you doing 90kg just a couple weeks ago? either way, nicely done. Great session from top to bottom.
I stumbled in, but don't know how to get out unlock the door
actually i like training legs, i mean nothing is more satisfying then a real heavy leg session, although its hard as hell. but that feeling of not being able to walk down the stairs to the wardrobe, haha nothing beats that:hyperguy: ok back training is more fun, but legs are a close second to me...
ure here to stay now bud, i aint letting u out of here
yeah the lunges were surprising to me too, didnt think i would be able to do anything after almost throwing up my guts on the bathroom floor, but it went ok.
about the inclines, yeah i did 90 kg for reps before and i still can do that, but my focus now is on form and really contracting the pecs, something ive never really been able to do during pressing movements, so now im doing 5x5 for incline bb press, just taking it slowly and focusing on improving pecs, technique and eventually strenght thx for checking in bud
ok guys short and intense today, about 45 sec rest between sets for the most part, here we go:
standing military press:
up and down the rack laterals:
8kg-->9kg-->10kg-->12,5kg-->15kg all for 8 reps, 15 sec rest and then down
30kgx15 too light
bent over laterals:
lying leg curl:
seated one legged leg curl
in the end i did about 200 reps of standing calf raises and some sitting, just for tweak;)
and was outta there, all in about 45 mins...
