thanks guys for the support, heres my quads and upper back session from friday, was really happy, especially since my lower back felt fine throughout the whole session:)
145kg---7 or 8, was so glad when i didnt feel anything in my lower back so decided for a dropset

80kg---10 awesome exercise, first time doing em and i must say it felt awesome
after this absolutely all the blood in my body was in my legs, i could seriously barely stand upright and so my upperbody felt ridicolously small and weak, so didnt feel like doing upper back, but thought what the hell, laid down with my legs in the air to let some blood get back to my torso, and then went on
wide overhand grip pullups:
me---9 just nothing left
narrow grip pulldowns:
decided to do some biceps
straight bar barbell curls:
seated alternating db curls
machine hammer curls
did 3 sets of hanging leg raises and crunches for abs, and thats it, time to binge out and enjoy the holidays, gym wont be open very much so ill take some time off and recover, when i think about it i havent had a week off in several months now

ok so ive been away from the gym for two weeks now, ive been eating way to much shit, and havent gotten down real meals at all, as a result ive actually lost weight these holidays:( only a kg or two but still, that sucks, cause i only have 3 months on me to reach 100 kg, and im still at around 90:( today i was back in the gym though, was worried i had lost strenght, but it actually held up fine:) so now im back into it. thank god christmas is over...

flat barbell press:
110kgx4 didnt have a spotter, didnt wanna push it more,
dropset immediately after:
high incline smith press:(like really high)
the machine press was busy so did two sets of incline db flies
17,5kgx10 felt pretty good actually
seated cambered bar extensions:
one arm db extensions:
straight bar pushdowns:
did my normal 3 sets of standing and seated calf raises and rushed out:)
back thickness and bicep tomorrow, feels great to be back
