nah eating is not fun anymore, but thats what it takes for me to grow, gotta keep pushing it down i guess...
Great workout! Seemed strong throughout. I know what your talking about when it comes to the holiday break... I think I lost weight too and all I wanted to do was gain weight. And then your stressed because you lost weight... arghh!
ok so went in again today, determined to destroy my back, heres how it went
5 minutes on the mill, rotator cuff warmups
underhand grip pulldowns(just to get the blood flowing in the lats, no failure sets)
Deadlifts(so decided to make this my staple today, which i dont regret)
170kgx4 last one was hard, just managed to lock it out
after this my back was pretty much on fire, but kept going
Smith machine rows:
65kgx10 kinda fun doing this one, got some good reps, still prefer barbell though:)
30kgx12 slow, squeeze, picture perfect form, like lee haney
narrow grip cable rows:
100kgx8 back was pretty much destroyed after this
went over to biceps:weaksuace:
straight bar barbell curls:
standing alternating dumbell curls:
20kgx8 (each hand)
seated dumbell hammer curls:
machine preacher curls:
did 3 sets of leg raises and crunches for abs, stretched my lats and lower back real good, massaged the biceps a bit:keke:
and that concludes this weeks back attack, tomorrow is quads methinks
