anyways, last two sessions this week werent too good, nothing special, i could feel i had been out of it for two weeks to put it that way+ i had to do 4 days in a row since the gym was closed on monday and tuesday. but from monday ill update as normal again:) ill check ur logs then=D

ok so went in today, heres what happened...
Flat barbell press: approach the bench
60kgx15 burned good
high incline smith press: love this one
flat flies:( really light just to stretch the chest)
Seated cambered bar extensions: horseshoes
close grip bench press: long time no c
rope pushdowns: finishing those bastards
after this i stretched my triceps, did 3 sets of standing and seated calf raises and thats it for today:)
You think so?...hehe...well actually I've been thinking about that for a while now. And I'm going to start my own log later this week or next week...just need to get more to write about first:coolguy:.. just two workouts in so far.. or maybe I'll just do it later tonight :keke:...I'll try to make up my mind shortly
