thanks guys, the deads arent something im too happy about though, seeing as before my diet i could do 175 kg for a couple of reps. obviously i weigh alot less now and that transfers to my strenght some, but i think the deads are on the way back up atm, just been focusing on really getting my form better, drive more with my legs instead of only making it a back movement which is what i did before. also i now pause the bar alittle at the floor to generate more power, while i before just did the reps continiously which i found didnt work that good for strenght. im also focusing on going slow and controlling the weight on the way down, and then after having paused alittle at the bottom, explode up with as much power as possible.

chest was so pumped it was ridicolous, actually had some veins running over the upper chest, they wont stay there for long though now that im bulking again
standing calf raises supersetted with seated:
150kgx22 then 20 reps of seated
150kgx24(failure) then 17 reps of seated immediately following...
thats it. did 20 minutes of cardio at the end
hey man, great sesssion. glad your bulking again, get your energy back and that strength will come, give it time to get in your system. the incline weights/reps arent shabby, as long as your feeling the movement and like you said contracting the muscles at the top, it doesnt really matter.

ye, my weight is around 80 kg atm, and i know the strenght will come back as my weight shoots up again
im actually considering High intensity training now though, something different from the volume approach, im thinking of either dorian style, just with a set or two extra or ill do Max OT. ive read up on max ot and it sounds interesting

Back and abs: things went fine today, i got down a big bowl of oatmeal, drank two cups of coffee and took two scoops of NaNO vapor and got over to the gym, could notice extra focus and energy
