thats a hellova leg session bulky. strong squats, and that 100kg x 17 set is intense. overall good work for quads.

Seated smith military press:

Dumbell side lateral raises:
Bent over rear delt lateral raises:
my delts were fried to hell, so decided to call it quit. did some crunches and hanging leg raises for abs and got out of there. session only took 40 minutes today. felt good:)

Lion: my shoulder felt fine today, alot of stretching helped me. i find the shoulder play up every once in awhile, then it usually gets better until i start slacking with the rotator cuff exercises and stretching:/ thanks for asking bud
Hoke: thanks alot man, military press is something im trying to improve though. i want to add more mass to my shoulders specially the lateral heads. obviously that is one area every bodybuilder should always try to improve:)

Ok so today was Deadlifts and arms. it was pretty good, especially considering i only had one meal in me, which usually gives me less energy. today i was feeling pretty good though...

Deadlifts off the floor:

170kgx1 easy as hell, could have done atleast 2-3 more
180kgx1 easier than i thought, could have done 1 more im pretty sure...
130kgx6 just to burn those erectors out...
was pretty happy, specially considering last time i did 180 kg i my bodyweight was 9 kg higher. im still only 81 kg, so this was fun. next week im definetely aiming to get 185 kg for a single. my cousin told me my form was extravagant too
moved on to arms, decided to start with tricep
Close grip bench press:
2 warm up sets
80kgx7 no failure sets today. nice and slow
40kgx8 last one assisted.
Straight bar pushdowns:
moved on to bicep
Straight bar olympia curls:
2 warm up sets
55kgx2+ 1 assisted, thought i was gonna get more seeing as 50 kg felt somewhat light:angrydude:
seated incline dumbell curls:
22,5kgx4 dropset--->12,5kgx13 total failure, i was fucked
narrow grip cable curls:
1 set of 20 kg for 16 reps, just to flush some extra blood in there:imcoolurnot:
did 4 sets for calves and took a brisk walk at the treadmill for 15 minuts. thats it for this week. now im gonna rest up during the weekend. monday is chest. until then guys
