TKD: thanks alot as always bro, i dont know about more than 185 kg next week, we will c how things goes ill try 185 next week, and if i get it, ill consider trying 190, but not if 185 is hard as hell, which it might be:) not every workout feels as good as this last one, but im on a roll now with extra calories, so lets hope for the best.
SamSam: thanks alot for checking the log bro it really is amazing how much better the workout feels now. energy is so much higher. my body just sucks up those extra calories like a swamp:D
Freako: haha, i think its awhile before i catch up on u big guy, i sure hope ill reach 220 kg this year though. i think thats very much a possibility seeing as ive only deadlifted for around a year, and feel like just now im really getting the hang of it technique wise:)
Iron: Sure hope ur right about me getting 200 kg soon, would be great for sure, but im gonna take things slow, make sure my form is good, and dont risk any injury, and then well c if i can keep increasing:)
Well, next session will come tomorrow. working early tomorrow, so ill get to train later in the day with extra food in me. gonna do chest, hopefully it will be a good one until then guys:D
