todays session was back. here it is:
warmup 5 minutes on the treadmill and 5 minutes of rotator cuff work
chins underhand grip:
bent over barbell rows:
wide grip pulldowns:
cable row with underhand grip:
pullovers in machine:
that concludes back
moved on to traps, as always just 3-4 sets of barbell shrugs:
thats it, did some abs at the end too, nothing to write about, my ab routine is always the same anyways which is some situps supersetted with leg raises.

on a serious note though, 150 kg will be heavy, and im gonna go careful with it. if i can only do one rep then so be it. im not gonna risk anything, specially since i wont have a spotter tomorrow. im hoping for 2-3 reps though
legs today, went good:)
10 mins on the treadmill, light walking and jogging.
2 warmup sets
150kgx3 was happy with this, i wouldnt have tried for a 3rd rep if i was alone, but i had a spotter, so decided it was safe and it went up ok:)
100kgx20 breathing squats
barbell hack squats: (narrow stance)
Stiff legged deadlifts:
100kgx4 had no power in the hams today so just took it easy...
lying leg curls:
seated leg curls:
did 2 sets of standing and seated calf raises and took a brisk walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes.
tomorrow is shoulders, looking forward to some military pressing:)
