Lion: thanks man:) yeah was quite pleased with the dips, they felt heavy today though, alot heavier than last time, but i did have 5 kg more in the belt so i guess thats to be expected:) especially locking out was hard, but i got em, and im definetely trying 50 kg next week, even if i can only get a rep or two with it:keke:

i remember it happend to me once, i was doing 100 kg, and on the 7th rep i just couldnt get it up, the 6th was easy so i thought i had 2 more atleast, but no way...
lucky for me it was only 100 kg, i had to roll the bar down to my thighs and lift myself up of the bench. that was scary

my lats have probably never been as pumped as they were today. i kinda went overboard with the volume though, next time ill do less i promise. did some traps in the end.
did some hanging leg raises and crunches for abs and thats it for today. legs tomorrow c yall then

El Freako: thanks for checking in bro. i wont dump the wide grip pulldowns. i like them and feel they contribute to overall lat width. as far as wide grip pullups go i wont do em. first of all i dont like em and i actually feel narrow chins hits my lats more. second of all i think they are hazardous to my shoulders. i remember doing em before and having shoulder pain, and when i took em out my shoulders got better. with wide grip pulldowns i feel it more in my upper back and is better able to contract anyways
