Rage: thanks bro, ive always been a volume trainer, but i do try to limit myself alittle. i dont wanna go past that point of no return, where additional sets inhibit my recovery. i think i may have done that yesterday by doing over 20 sets for lats. im so sore today its ridicolous:/

barbell squats normal stance:
2 warmup sets
smith machine squats narrow stance:
could barely walk after this, so stretched alittle and moved on to hams
lying leg curls:
stiff leg deadlifts:
100kgx8 really getting the hang of these, really getting that stretch in the hams going, felt great:)
seated leg curls:
did 4 sets of calves at the end and walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes at a brisk pace. shoulders tomorrow, until then

tkD: squattenstein:keke: lulz, i dont know about that, i think i need to get those squats alot stronger before i can aquire that nickname. but those smith squats was nothing compared to the regular though. took it easy on em and focused on quad contraction.
Pghi: thanks alot bro. quadzilla now that is a nickname i like about squats being my trademark, i dunno man, i dont really think my squat numbers stand in proportion to my quads to be honest. hopefully they will come this bulk though.

did delts today, kind of a lousy session, didnt feel like training at all today, felt tired and weak and my legs are so sore from yesterday that just walking around is a fucking pain. but i got it done, here it is
