Today i did back, rear delts and traps, a pretty solid workout i think
Wide grip chins:
Deadlifts: this is the third time in my life i do this, so the weights are not much to brag about

that was all for back.
rear delt maschine:

did some crunches and hanging leg raises for abs, and i was outta there...

nice session.. but i dont get it.. you do back and rear delts and traps all in one session.. i thought we made you a split LOL.. i dont think it looked like this.

60kgx6 damnit, i have always done shoulder presses with dumbells, this was my first time, expect it to come up soon

after this i did 3 sets of crunches and 3 sets of hanging leg raises for abs
As cardio i did 35 minutes on the treadmill, burned 500 cals, all in all a good session...

Anyway, I don't know if I've ever stopped in here and sorry if I haven't. I leafed through your log and you've got some good strength for being 17 and only training a year and a half. You've probably got some genetics working for you, but the hard work is obvious too!

yeah my back and legs are by far my best bodyparts, my chest and arms needs to be brought up seriously though
