nice chins and rows BB, about your energy and being tired, maybe this has to do with the weather, because i feel the same when is hot outside, temperatures over 34 degrees celcius and a very high humidity, aren't so good for training and it's killing me lol..sometimes the air conditioned at the gym doesn't work :angrydude:, but great session overall, keep it up bro

I find during bulking a regimen that allows you to hit the muscles more frequently is more effective.
UB/LB, 3 split? Have a look at Tunen's way of training, tried that a while earlier and I must say it really surprised me.
And how's it like working as a gigolo? Are the tips good? :)

stiff leg deadlifts:
lying leg curls:
seated leg curls:
hams were totally destroyed, they hurt so bad so i just skipped the second set on seated leg curls, figured it wasnt needed.
standing military barbell press:
2 warmup sets
70kgx5 was pretty happy with this, felt good.
db side lateral raises:
rear delt machine:
did 6 sets all to failure for calves and thats it:)
All sessions this week look good bro. Not had time to check them. Youre shrugging a massive amount there mate and that military press looks great.I'm sorry about your monday workout, you must have felt like shit due to the drinking, lack of sleep and food. I think you do need a lay off mate, esp since you've not had one for ages and you do a ton of volume. Whilst you are off too keep your calories up and review your training, maybe change training stlyles or cut your volume a lil, i know it will be hard though :keke:
