Essensen: thanks for dropping by, ye stiffies are amazing, they work tremendously well for me. feel theyve added alot of size to my hams lately. only thing i hate is they massacre my hams so bad i cant seem to do anything on leg curls afterwards lol.

80kgx3 this weight is still too heavy
60kgx7 defintely feeling stronger on this one, 60 kg felt like nothing today
standing dumbell side lateral raises:
rear delt machine:
45kgx6 felt ridicolously heavy, nothing left in the lateral heads after the lateral raises...
did 4 sets of standing calf raises working up to 190kg for 15 reps and supersetted those with some seated calf raises.
You're doing well on that shoulder work Bulky, I'm impressed. I haven't done direct shoulder work for a month so I don't want to know how weak mine have got.

15kgx11 for my left arm and 9 for my right arm
17,5kgx8 for my left arm and 6 for my right arm
trying to balance out alittle.
did a bunch of situps supersetted with some hanging leg raises and thats it for this week. good weekend everyone, gotta get to work now, so ill drop by everyones log later today or tomorrow
