Ironheart: thanks man, ye went pretty heavy for me anyways. but i need to find a good benching program. it was just totally random. i like following a schedule for those basic heavy movements.
Essensen: thanks for visiting bro ye ive done 5x5 before, and it served me quite well, what i dont like about it is that its kinda boring, doing that same weight set after set. who knows i might give it a try again, thanks for input:)
El Freako: we have a deal then:keke: u get to suck on my lollipop, and postpone the kneebusting anyways, smolov, not for me m8, i dont have that kind of guts, im not out to kill myself like u are i would probably just overtrain and hate myself, besides i would have to sacrifice alot of other aspects of my training, and the ultimate goal for me is still hypertrophy, not maximal strenght.
