great deads! your progress has been really good lately. and it's a good thing that you decided to rest a bit, it's really hard on the back to do 1rm lifts every week.
Essensen: thanks heaps bro:) ye i cant believe the progression ive made on the deadlift since the bulk started. anyways, next week will be lighter, ill back off the weight, and i wont be doing much in the way of singles, maybe go up to 180 and try to get that for 4-6 reps. i will incorporate the power routine ive used on the deadlift to my squat, and c how that works:)
El Freako:hahaah dont worry dude, im not gonna get a new pb next week to put it that way:) gonna listen to my body for once and let my lower back rest, it feels alittle compressed down there
tKD: thanks bro, the reason i did 2 more reps for my left arm then for my right is because my right bicep is still alittle bigger and stronger than my left, and i wonn a try to balance that out alittle:)
Ironheart: ye i think its the right decision, better to listen to my body now, then to push onwards, and risk a lower back injury that can potentionally bother me for the rest of my life. thanks for checking in bud

Awesome workouts lately man! I can't believe your deadlift strength. Its gone through the roof I bet your back is taking a pounding through all the one rep maxes you do each week. It wouldn't hurt to go lower in weight like you said and get 6 reps out of it. Looking forward to the chest session buddy :D
Flat barbell bench press: had to play it safe, was alone in the gym, early in the morning, so just took it easy.
drop--->100kgx3 drop again---> 90kgx6 drop again--->60kgx10
incline press(30 degrees)
110kgx1 think i could have gotten one more, but ill do that when i have a spotter at hand.
incline machine flyes:
did 6 sets of standing and seated calf raises in the end:)
130kgx2 did a 3rd rep, but form wasnt too good on that rep, so im not counting it.
wide grip pulldowns:
hammer grip machine rows:
155kgx4 or 5
pullovers in machine: (love how this one hit my lats)
in the end i did some crunches and hanging leg raises for abs. thats it, legs tomorrow
