good stuff bro. those bent over rows are starting to get heavy man
forgot to add barbell shrugs, always do traps with back:)
Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.
Nice heavy chest session yesterday bro :) Flat and incline presses are really strong and not to mention those dips 40kg! great stuff buddy.
Collossal back workout bro. Those underhand chins are really strong man. There a very good exercise, i did them yesterday and man my upper lats are screwed over! Barbell rows are extremely impressive btw what angle do you position your body to the floor, conventional near 45 or higher? mines about 70 with an underhand grip and that murders my lats. Heavy pulldowns and those shrugs are heavy ass man
p.s. Glad to be back checking your log for some inspiration/motivation And nice avi bro, your back is looking sick
thanks to everyone else for checking the log:D
Free weight barbell squats: ATG, rock bottom on every rep.
2 warmup sets
rest 30 secs
barbell hack squats:
leg extensions supersetted with bodyweigth squats
pump was intense beyond belief
stiff legged deadlifts:
130kgx5 hams were dead
lying leg curls:
dont know why i even bothered doing those lying leg curls, had nothing left at this point
thats it, did 20 minutes of moderate intensity walkiing on the incline treadmill to get the worst lactic acid out of my legs. speed was about 7kmh. highest incline.
ill be sure to check everyones log later tonight, dont have time right now. thanks for the support guys
and btw essensen, im working atm, ill most likely go in the army in january tough so that means a break from the weights:crymeariver:
150kg ATG squats - nice dude :coolguy: I like the idea of supersetting leg extensions with bodyweight squats - might try that in near future!
Yeah, being in the army means a big breaks from weights mostly - at least in Denmark. I have a lot of friends who all work out who has been in the army, and even though they got lifting-facilities there, the energy and time for lifting isn't really there....at least that was what they told, I suspect them of just being lazy :linedrunk:
thanks guys, and ye essensen, u should definetely give those a try, was a killer, pumped up my quads like nothing ever have:) ye i know, ill get to lift there, but all the cardio and shit will take away energy, and i wont be eating like normally, but hey its just a year, and muscle memory should kick in when i get back:)
Standing military barbell press:
2 warmup sets
standing side lateral raises:
rear delt machine:

tomorrow is deadlifts and arms, until then fellow iron brothers
Great leg workout yesterdat buddy, squats are awesome and not to mention the superset of leg extensions and BW squats, now thats gotta hurt
130kg on SLDL are heavy shit man. Great job
Great delt workout today. Those military presses are really heavy! Heavy lateral raises as well! Upright rows are looking heavy, 50kg for 5 reps is great
Looking forward to the deadlifts and the gun blast tommorow.
