185kgx1 new PB Atg style felt lighter than i though it would be:D

Lying leg curls:
Static holds with dumbells: (for grip)
40kg's for 67 seconds
40kg's for 47 seconds
that was it. great session for me today, felt great from the start, and got a new pb. my spotter said the depth was excellent on both the 180 and 185 kg set, and that i should have gone for 190. however im saving that for a later occasion as i felt pretty beat after the 185 rep:)

Standing military press:
80kgx8(neutral, palms facing)
Incline db flyes SS with face pulls: (done back to back)
Scullcrushers: (bar behind the head makes this one harder as i get a longer ROM)
Standing alternating db curls:
thats it for today session was ok, nothing special, wasnt quite there mentally today unfortunately and the presses felt heavier than they should have. weights were ok though, and the pullups felt really good today, so all in all im glad i got to the gym atleast.
