Alrighty, here's my last session. It was a nice composite approach, although I've found that I'm going to have to work around a potential chest injury for a bit. It feels like a little ligament/tendon strain but swerving around it will be no sweat; a definite blessing, that.
Wide Grip Cable Rows
315X9...Something in the middle finger on my right hand felt a little funky. MMA training injury maybe
Standing Double Arm Low Dumbbell Rows
110X15(PB)-Felt stronger on these for some reason, which kind of makes up for my barbell rows.
Incline Barbell Press(about a one minute break or less between each set)
MeX15....This is where the pain came in. So no more of these, flat anything(hammer strength might be an exception), close grip bench, etc for a bit. Basically some of my favorite lifts, with the exception of flat bench. Oh well; my center chest mass is good enough, so I'll have a nice chance to really focus on my upper shelf.
Overhead Rope Presses
Overall, it was extremely satisfying. Today will likely be a miscellaneous day(biceps, traps, calves, etc.) I'll try to train shoulders on Sunday at home, and kill quads and hams on Monday. Or I might do quads today....

those cable and bb rows are a head scratcher, how you do it? lol
gonna row a 6.0litre engine next time instead of a DB? i think you can do that man. hope the dips and flats dont affect you in any bad way anymore
i can't do heavy weights on any BB pressing, due to double jointed arms
and joint probs... glad to see you still continue man
