Hello,
My name is Romain "Rocket" J. , I am a 19 year old French, I live in the south of France, not very far from Light weight, the Leader of the TEAM Coleman.

My height is 1,77m (5ft/9,5inch), I weigh 73,5kg (162 pounds), I' m training really since 1an, and since January 07 I' m training in a room old school, it is very small, but has there a good environment, and that work hardcore.

I am not very good in English, therefore I excuse myself by advance for the faults which I will make.

I have practiced the computer graphics for a few years, which my licence to make some banners, therefore that that I have in this moment in signature if you want it, you do not obstruct, I give you my agreement

definatly a good base, chest shape and back thickness really stand out. Your training room is pretty hardcore looking. That banner in your sig is good too. Keep up the good work!

And for make banners, I use Adobe Photoshop CS2 (the CS3 is not yet in France for the moment), it's the best program for make pictures.

I go in my bed, because in France, it's 3:15 AM ...

For such a short time training you seem to either have made good progress or have a good base to start from - either way you have potential.
Love the hardcore training room! Like Dorian's dungeon!

And it's a gym of the sports association "Castres Halterophilie Club Musculation". It's a gym which has a large past in the area (in Powerlifting & Bodybuilding) and which breathes testosterone... ^^
