i just got used to it, i can lift heavy without problems but than we go to bench and you can laugh at me

good session nontheless, really hitting the chest hard, and great bicep work too:) but remember breakfast if really important, just buy urself some oatmeal, put it in milk over the night and in the morning it goes down real easy. then u toss down a protein shake and some vitamins and ur set for the day:)
