nice workout their, judging from your shrugs and trap strength i would hit deads heavier. If done properly, traps should be used to pull the weight up on deads. The deads your doing now, how do they feel? do u think u can perform heavier with 12 reps, since thats how you like to train. Also a good thing i learned is do shrugs right after you do deadlifts. This will give your traps an even better burn, cuz remember your traps are not part of the shoulder their part of ur back
Great job, pound that chest hard, your numbers are going up on the bench as well. Good call on the bis too, 21's burn the hell out of your bi's, no need to do much more sets after that, You seem to be a smart lifter. If the deads hurt your balls after 180 then, yah dont go heavier, build up your leg strength, doing heavy squats, then go heavier with deads, so you use all hip and leg strength rather than lower back.
Leg presses are one hell of a leg Workout
its always easy to add more weight to those
than any other workout i think
in about 4-5weeks i went from
620lb leg press with 12 reps to 800lbs or so with same mount of reps
but noticed they make my legs to bulky, and shit, running for cardio
inner thigh creates a damn rash, so im trying to make my legs smaller
but still defined, i cant stand huge legs anymore.
but man keep that up MIamir, you'll be able to leg press a car soon !
i can press 1200lbs for max 1 rep (the 45g angle leg press)
actualy i make 730lbs (12reps) for my 4th set and went than to the leg ext.
but i didnt felt that goot today ( so i saw stars for a short time lol) and decided against it.. (look at my other leg days :) )
and i wanna have some bulky legs.. big bigger and HUGE :D i like it.. i have 80cm now and want way more :)
