btw, i figured out if i do stiff leg deads, i don't hurt my balls so thats the way to go now.. i think i have enough lat stuff inside so lets see how it works for a month or more...
so im looking forward for tomorrow coz i need to make my Monday training tomorrow.. i have to work on monday until 8pm and dont wanna hit the gym at 9 or later but i think i can handle another cardio session monday late night
thx i really see my upper body growing :) but i try to loose weight and gain muscle.. its a long and hard way but its my decision.. so thats why i do 3 cardio's a week and 3 weight days..
my bad part is the stomach and the hips.. and the inner side of my upper legs.. but i can see how that goes away.. but the hips.. man thats gonna be a looong way...

and my damn shoulder still hurts so much from last week so i tooked it easy with it (light weight) !
