hit back,biceps today..
felt kinda lazy at the beginning but after my bud "big d" came in and pressed the 120's on incline for warmups i started to feel fly and put some weight on the bar and got a nice p.b. on one arm hammer strength iso lat rows (plate loaded)
thats it for today :) now 1 day off and go back sunday for chest :)Quote

did chest, triceps,traps and abs today :) felt pretty good
weight: 253 lbs (dropped 5.5lbs water in 1 day)
